“ This was our first time here. Bar Bombay has a great atmosphere, cool decor, friendly service, and the food was incredible! It's a bit different than what we're used to -- the korma was lighter yet still creamy. Tikka wings were coated in a creamy and tangy spice coating. Biryani was moist and had beautiful flavors. The breads are made fresh daily -- amazing. And we enjoyed good cocktails and Indian beers. This is a fun place for drinks at the bar, outdoor dining or indoor ambience. We will be back! ”

“ Came to Bar Bombay on a Friday evening, didn't have to make a reservation which was nice. Upon walking in, they had left their doors open which did make it a bit muggy inside, and I'm unsure if this is a normal practice or not. The Inside is very nice. Its not a huge place, but also not small. I will say, there was a big party arriving shortly after we did and they were insanely loud, which ruined the experience a bit, but thats South Florida on a Friday night for ya. The service was really nice. The menu was surprising! Very American twist on Indian food, with things I've never seen before which was super intriguing. We ended up getting the onion bhajji and the saag spinach dip with toasted mini naan to start. The onion bhajji were pretty standard, delicious, not too greasy and not heavily breaded; a great starter. The saag spinach dip on the other hand....out of this world! Creamy, cheesy, and flavorful. The naan were a bit disappointing, didn't seem handmade at all, looks like mini naan you'd get from a grocery store just heated up, they weren't very 'toasty.' We ended up getting a side of their garlic naan to try...MUCH better. They should just serve that with the spinach dip honestly. We also split the aloo tikka burger with masala fries. Incredible! Light, refreshing, crispy, and I've never had masala fries before! They were delicious. Another menu item that piqued my interest was the side of masala mac and cheese. Oh. My. God. What a fantastic and genius concept, executed phenomenally! This dish has probably ruined all future mac and cheese for me. What a wonderful way to blend cultures and put a spin on something I've never seen before. This should be a main dish itself! We also tried their drinks and unfortunately both fell flat for me. We had the ghee old fashioned and unfortunately can't remember the second, but they were quite hard to get down. I wasn't too upset about it because the food was divine. Really hoping this place is around for good, I'll absolutely be back. ”

“ Came to Bar Bombay for dinner on a saturday night after running some errands in the plaza. I don't usually eat Indian food out as I have a takeout place I love but I saw some reviews and figured to give it a shot. We had an awesome meal and I'm so glad I did. For cocktails we tried the spicy watermelon marg and the Ghee washed old fashion both were really delicious and well balanced. To eat: Saag spinach dip- really tasty flavor bit hard to scoop up in the deep bowl it's served in with not enough Nan dippers. Overall very tasty and would order again. Spicy lamb sliders- I am not a fan of lamb and thought these were great. The fries on the side were average. For our main we ordered our old faithful butter chicken and saag paneer with garlic nan. Both had amazing flavor but was lacking in spice. We asked for some hot sauce and they brought us a paste of chili peppers. We mixed it in both dishes and it made the flavors pop. A little of the spicy stuff goes a long way. We had great service from Danica. The inside is really cool and vibrant with fun music playing. Looking foward to returning again to trying some other items. ”

“ Long story short... Service was 5 stars but had to take 1 star off for half the menu not being available. I had been here before for drinks and loved how creative they were in name and in ingredients. So made a point to come back for more and also try their food. Made a reservation, when we arrived we were immediately seated and our server, Jeremy, apologized in advanced due to the kitchen being out of lamb. I was fine with that but the 2 other people in my party were disappointed. Still, Jeremy, was amazing, keeping spirits high, making us laugh, recommending other dishes. We ordered 3 appetizers, and he came back to apologize again because the spinach dip was not available either. Well, 2 appetizers it is. You must wonder why only one star off, and this is because, again, service was absolutely amazing, and the food we had was too. The vegetable samosas were delicious and I could have easily had another order of them. I am not a fan of fried onions but the Onion Bhaji is a must try. And the entrees we were able to have, Tikka Masala, and the Paneer Makhani were excellent. Not only in flavor but in portion too, we all had leftovers and loved it! All their classic dishes come with a good portion of Jasmin rice but highly recommend adding the garlic naan or the Paratha, or both. Oh, and some friendly advice... if you can't tolerate heat, order things mild. They can make dishes as mild or hot as you want. But medium is spicy! Honestly can't wait to come back at a day when their full menu is available and give them full 5 stars. ”
